Constraining modified gravity theories with weak lensing from Euclid.

Euclid is an ESA medium class space mission to be launched in 2020 to perform both an imaging and spectroscopic large area survey aiming at making both cosmic shear tomography and galaxy clustering studies. We review here how weak lensing with Euclid data can efficiently discriminate between general relativity based dark energy models and modified gravity theories. As interesting examples, we also present constraints on f(R) theories from cosmic shear tomography and peaks statistics.
