The Extreme Energy Events Project is based on the deployment of Cosmic Ray Telescopes in High Schools with the active contribution of students and teachers. Each telescope is made of three Multigap Resistive Plate Chambers, able to perform both particle detection and tracking. Actually $\sim 80$ institutes are part of the project, with 52 telescopes already operational. I will report on how data are centrally collected at CNAF, where data analysis and quality monitoring is performed. Moreover I will describe how the student can access this data and the activities promoted by our collaboration to involve them in the analysis of a real physics experiment.
