Design of a thin target for the NUMEN experiment.

NUMEN experiment aims to measure the cross sections of the Double Charge Exchange (DCE) reactions, involving ${}^{18O}, {}^{20}Ne$ ions as projectiles and different targets, among which ${}^{116}Sn,{}^{116}Cd, {}^{76}Se, {}^{76}Ge, {}^{130}Te$. The final goal is the production of data to be used in exploring the relationship between DCE and the neutrinoless double-beta decay. These measurements (at LNS) require high precision. $i.e.$ high statistics, intense ion beams and very thin targets. The design of a target-cooler setup suitable to avoid that heat from the beam damages the targets will be presented.
