Search for high-energy emission from gamma-ray bursts with the MAGIC telescopes.

Gamma-ray Bursts (GRBs) are the most violent explosions in the Universe, releasing huge amounts of energy in few seconds. Our understanding of prompt and afterglow phases increased with space-based instruments, but we have very few information about their High Energy (HE, $E \lesssim 100$ GeV) and Very High Energy (VHE, $E \gtrsim 100$ GeV) emissions. This requires a ground-based experiment performing fast follow-up with enough sensitivity above 50 GeV, like the MAGIC (Major Atmospheric Gamma-ray Imaging Cherenkov) telescopes. In this talk I will show the current state of the search for HE and VHE emission from GRBs with MAGIC.
